History

In the constant motion of our world, a positive mindset and a unifying attitude stand as the fundamental forces that can illuminate a brighter future. At the heart of this movement are the leaders of tomorrow, the young generation, who hold the key to securing a greater tomorrow. Yet, as the wise saying reminds us, a bad tree produces bad fruit, while a good tree bears good fruit. If our future leaders lack strong, positive traits, the path ahead risks falling short. That is why it is essential to nurture and encourage good character among the youth. Positive attributes cultivate convergent thinkers who can envision and build meaningful change.

This vision first took root as a simple yet profound idea. What began as a spark of inspiration evolved through time into a dedicated organization. On 5 October 2021, INCOLE (International Community of Leaders) was officially founded by Wynaldo O’niel Elexter Wiflred, Aidorah Solingkin, Lim Chang Xin, Kwon Young Hee, and Sally Micherd Rio.

INCOLE was built on a deep belief that a guided generation can bring lasting positive change. When young people are steered in the right direction, the future aligns with hope and possibility. From this foundation, a wave of greater tomorrow is sparked by the dwellers of light who walk the path of purpose. One of the core reasons for creating this organization is to empower every generation to become true impactors.

Beyond empowerment, INCOLE aims to serve as a dynamic platform where the youth can perform, contribute, and create meaningful impact on society. In today’s world, it can be challenging for young voices to find spaces that truly represent them, places where ideas are welcomed, sharpened, and transformed into real propositions. We believe that when youth are given the opportunity to express their thoughts, refine their visions, and turn them into action, they rise to become powerful solutions and leave footprints that illuminate countless souls.

We also seek to unite generations, because true unity is the foundation of world peace and shared prosperity. As the wise words echo, a united soul can restore a broken kingdom, while fragmented wisdom creates discord in the world’s rhythm. Unity teaches selflessness and encourages collaborative thinking. A united generation ensures peace and prosperity across all regions, creating a beautiful domino effect that elevates every soul to its highest potential and lights up the world.

In essence, the purpose of INCOLE is clear and inspiring: to empower generations, to create a vibrant platform for the youth to perform and impact society, and to foster unity among young people who are, after all, the architects of our shared tomorrow.
